Escuinapa, Sinaloa – Security authorities reported the discovery of two men who had been fatally shot in rural communities south of the municipal seat early Sunday morning.
The first incident occurred in Tecualilla, where officers responded to reports of a body found on the roadside in an area known for street vendors selling various goods. The victim was identified as Juan “M.”, a resident of the same community.
In a separate case, another man’s body was located on a dirt road in San Miguel de la Atarjea, roughly 15 kilometers south of Escuinapa’s main town. As of the latest reports from police sources, the individual has not yet been identified.Both victims showed signs of gunshot wounds. Authorities have not released further details on possible motives, suspects, or any connection between the two cases. Investigations are ongoing.
